The junior high track season has come to a close. The girls capped off an outstanding season becoming the Junior High SWC Conference Champions! We are proud of both our teams for the effort, growth, and sportsmanship they showed throughout the season!
The Pierce City High School girls track team has done it again—SWC Conference Champions for the 3rd year in a row! An incredible achievement and a testament to their hard work, dedication, and consistency all season long.
The boys team also had a strong showing, finishing 2nd place in the conference and continuing to build a great program for the future.
Individual Conference Champs:
Paige Fenske – Triple Jump & Pole Vault
Elizabeth Sharp – Discus
Addison Avondet – 100m Hurdles & 300m Hurdles
Emma Hunt – 1600m
Eli Genzler – 300m Hurdles

The High School team will be back in action at Districts next Saturday, where the top 4 finishers in each event will advance to Sectionals.

Students in grades 3rd–8th will begin MAP testing on Tuesday, April 28th. We know our students have been working hard all year, and this is their time to show what they know!
Here are a few tips to help students be prepared and do their best:
✔️ Get a good night’s sleep before each testing day
✔️ Eat a healthy breakfast
✔️ Arrive at school on time
✔️ Bring a positive attitude and do your best
✔️ Take your time and read each question carefully
🔌 Middle school students: Please make sure to charge your Chromebooks each night and bring your headphones each day of testing!
