Going Merry

Scholarships and grants are helpful ways to fund your college education. They provide you with free money that can go towards tuition or other educational expenses.

To find and apply for scholarships, sign up for Going Merry (https://www.goingmerry.com) -- it’s free! Going Merry has thousands of national, regional, and local scholarships. There are also opportunities for every grade level, from freshmen to seniors.

State Deadline:  For priority consideration, submit your application by Feb. 1, 2021. Applications are accepted through April 1, 2021, at midnight Central time.

Federal Deadline: The FAFSA form must be submitted by 11:59 p.m. Central time (CT) on June 30, 2022. Any corrections or updates must be submitted by 11:59 p.m. CT on Sept. 11, 2021.

College Deadline: Visit the college or university’s website or contact its financial aid office. School deadlines are usually early in the year (often in February or March, although some are even earlier).
