🎢 Learning in Motion! 🎢
This past week, our 7th grade Physical Science students put their knowledge to the test by building roller coasters out of recycled materials to demonstrate potential and kinetic energy. The creativity and problem-solving on display were impressive!
On Friday, several teachers voted on the projects in the following categories:

🚓 A Special Field Trip for Our 3rd Graders! 🚓
Our 3rd graders enjoyed an exciting and educational tour of the police department last week. Students got a behind-the-scenes look at what officers do each day, learned about staying safe, and saw police equipment up close. A big thank you to our local police department for welcoming our students and supporting hands-on learning in our community!

Our Sports & Entertainment Marketing class recently got a behind-the-scenes tour of Hammons Field! Students explored the facility and learned firsthand about marketing strategies, fan engagement, and what it takes to operate a professional sports venue.
A huge thank you to the Springfield Cardinals for hosting our students and giving them this exciting, real-world experience! 🏟️✨

Mrs. McVay's homeroom officially earned a Water Party after completing 387 Freckle lessons with 100% accuracy! 🎉 Freckle is an online program that helps students grow in reading and math at their own level and pace, and their hard work really paid off.
The celebration included decorating cups with stickers, choosing favorite water flavors, and adding a sweet twist with candy.
Way to go, Eagles!🦅
