In the bottom of the 6th Conway netted two more runs which and ended the game in the next inning with a score of 4-3.

Coach Curry said this about the Eagles 1st game: “Overall I was happy with the way our guys came out and battled against one the best teams on our schedule. Unfortunately it came down to a few plays where we didn't execute well enough to win a game. We are back in action tonight against a very good team from Pea Ridge Arkansas in the Purdy tournament. First pitch is scheduled for 7pm. We would love to see you there!”
