Eagles Remain Undefeated

In their last game against the Liberal Bulldogs, the Pierce City Eagles  had a good win of 31-16 (2-0). Although good is not where the Eagles want be. The Eagles remain undefeated in season play and at home.  

The Eagles are ranked #7 in the overall state power rankings and #8 in the state rankings for class one.  The Eagles look to remain undefeated going into week 3.

The Eagles almost had another shut out, but gave up two touchdowns late in the 4th quarter.  Scoring first for the Eagles, Trey Sagehorn had a 69 yard touchdown followed by a Kaleb Meyer's touchdown from 4 yards out. Gage Brown also had 2 touchdowns in the game. The Eagles travel to Jasper this Friday, September 1st, to take on the Jasper Eagles at 7:00 p.m.
