The Middle School Volleyball teams season is coming close to an end. Last week they battled, Sarcoxie who they beat in 2 sets, Lockwood who they lost in 2 sets, and Liberal who they beat in 2 sets. Coach Havens mentioned they have a lot better at communication and have more confidence. She also said they just need to keep doing what they are doing to prepare for the Conference Tournament this weekend.
Claire Eaton said they are well prepared for this weekend and she hopes they do well. Her favorite memory of this season was when Chelsea dove for the ball, hit it; then, Haley dove hit it, followed by Claire who eventually got it over the net. Her favorite part is being in the front row so she can set it to her teammates. She said she likes helping other people get spikes. She is an 8th grader this year and is very excited for next years journey with High School Volleyball.
Saturday the 7th is their Conference Tournament. It is an all-day event starting in the early morning.
